Luke recently did our basement remodel, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Have you ever felt somewhat uneasy spending your hard earned money on a home construction project with respect to hiring the right contractor and partner for the job? Sitting back, being relaxed since you have the 100% assurance that your home construction project will be done right, within budget and on time is not something you can take for granted these days. Let’s face it, it is not an easy task finding trustworthy, honest and skilled contractors. I am grateful that a friend of mine introduced me to Luke. With him I did my first major house remodel project almost two years ago, which was executed and completed exceeding my expectations. Luke tackled and completed the entire project which presented a number of challenges very professionally and most satisfactory always true to his cost and time projections. Because of my past very positive experience I decided again in favor of Luke when I built my garage in fall of last year, a separate structure in my backyard. I couldn’t be happier concerning the outcome. I have two small cabins on Murphy Gulch Rd. in the foothills west of Littleton that are now the envy of the neighborhood! Luke picked up this project after the basic foundation and framing work had been accomplished. He coordinated or performed all the remaining trades to bring the cabins to completion. He is utterly trustworthy, meets his commitments, performs his work with true craftsmanship, and is always positive and cooperative. He made numerous suggestions that either saved money or improved the look and feel of the cabins. I would recommend Rangeline Homes to anyone!

To whom it may concern:
This letter recommends the services of Luke Mann. He did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom and we wanted to help out his business by supplying this letter. Our project was not an easy one. Through no fault of our own or Luke's, the job presented a number of difficulties which Luke solved with great creativity and good cheer. Some examples:
(1) The rough valve I selected was too wide for the space between the two-by fours in one of the shower walls. This was my mistake and I was worried it would result in the tear out of some glass blocks that my wife and I wanted to keep very badly. Luke found a solution to that was imaginative, cost effective, and, best of all, allowed us to save most of the blocks.
(2) Unfortunately, our tub had not been properly supported with shims when the house was first built. Luke and his team spotted the issue and installed the reinforcement at no charge.
(3) Our bath's floor was extremely uneven and this caused major problems with the tile install. Luke addressed the problem with a high degree of professionalism and fixed the problem immediately even though it required a partial tear out and additional work.
Throughout the process, Luke demonstrated the highest degree of integrity. His smarts and communication skills made working with him a joy. We liked having him around and have asked him to take on two more projects for this coming spring.
